Feedback

Students’ opinions about lessons or activities can be collected using Feedback tool. This enables instructors to receive valuable insights to enhance the educational process or training platform. There are two types of feedback on the AWN Training Platform:

Feedback on the Training Course

• Log in to your account on the AWN platform
• Navigate to the training course you want to evaluate
• From the course page, look for the feedback title
• Select the feedback title

• Click on “Answer the Questions” to start evaluating the training course 

• Once you have completed the survey, click on Submit your answers

                                                                                 

Feedback on the Training Platform

• From within the training platform, scroll to the bottom of the page and select Beneficiary Satisfaction Survey 
• Click on Answer the questions to start evaluating the training platform

• After completing the survey, click on Submit your Answers
